The prices on the Castle Cases website apply only to orders placed over the Internet or by post or over the telephone. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Errors & Ommissions
We offer a large catalogue of items and it is possible that from time to time there will be errors in pricing, and other information caused either by our mistake or by errors in the data sent to us by manufacturers and suppliers.

If this means that your order would cost more than anticipated we will check with you by email before processing your order.

If the price increase is small, we may at our discretion decide to absorb the increase ourselves.

Guarantee (Your Rights as a Consumer)
We want you to be happy with the service you get from us.

Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging, within 7 working days of receipt, and we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the goods ordered.

Where goods are not returned as faulty e.g. where you change your mind after shipment, the cost of carriage is non-refundable.

You are responsible for returning Goods to us in saleable condition before we can issue a refund.
