Castle Cases – Returns Policy
Any issues or problems with your order must be put in writing within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
We do hope that you will be happy with your purchase if however there is a problem with your case then we will work with you to resolve the issue.
You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our mistake for example if you received an incorrect sized case.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the flightcase is in good condition with all packaging intact.
You should expect to receive your refund within seven to ten days of giving your case back to the return shipper.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
